Aeropress
A quick and versatile way to achieve a clean cup of coffee anywhere. Travelling or camping. At home if you want to experience other flavours. This is a sexy brewing method.
What you need:
- Coffee. House coffee collections
- Aeropress kit
- Grinder
- Kettle
- Scale
- Timer
Brew time: 5 mins
Grind: Coarse
Water temperature: 200 Fahrenheit or 92 Celsius
Recommended Water coffee ratio: 1:12. For every 1 gr of coffee, add 15 grams of water or 2 tablespoons for every cup of water.
Step 1
Weight 20 grams of coffee or two spoons per cup
Step 2
Grind with a manual grinder if you are out and about
Step 3
Add the coffee to the aeropreess
Step 4
Add water to 60 grams of water and let the coffee bloom for a couple of minutes (1-2min); stir.
Step 5
Add water up to 250cc
Step 6
Place the filter close the Aeropress
Step 7
Rotate and plunge
Step 8
